I told her we had ordered 50 minutes before and that's why I was asking because I was afraid there was a mix up.Īt this point, she threw her hand up at me and "Fine, I'll go check. Then she corrected herself and said to wait 30 minutes after ordering. The server at the bar first said she didn't know, but it could be 30 minutes (keep in mind, we had ordered 50 minutes prior to this). I went inside and POLITELY asked when our food would be ready. We waited over 45-55 minutes before I went to check on our food because we had small children who were very hungry at this point. We finally got seated but it took foreever to have our order taken. We walked across the road to the restaurant and were sent from the bottom to the top and then they wanted to know if we checked downstairs to see if they could seat us. We called beforehand and were told that they weren't busy and they had plenty of room for a party of 10. Unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment. I was so excited to eat here after having such a great experience at the one in Gulf Shores.
